How to become a CPR Training Instructor?
Are you ready to become an American Heart Association Instructor?
The process is simple. The rewards, immeasurable. Just follow these five steps to becoming an AHA Instructor:
- Have a current PROVIDER card in the discipline (i.e., ACLS, BLS, PALS, Heartsaver) you wish to teach or get certified with us if needed.
- Take and complete the online "Instructor Essentials course" - Part 1
- Attend the Hands-on skills training session.
- You will be monitored teaching your first course and get certified as a CPR instructor.
- Align with our AHA Training Center.
- Sign up to the AHA Instructors Network
