Restorative Nursing Course
REQUEST MORE INFORMATION

The sixteen hours Restorative Nursing program provides the Nursing Assistants, Vocational and Registered nurses with the knowledge and skills to advance their careers in long term care.
Lectures and demonstrations are delivered, then followed by a skill review for each student.
The purpose of the course is to give NA’s, VN’s and RN’s a comprehensive training in the rehabilitative process.
Students will learn to care for residents who have completed a therapy program or who benefit from participating in a restorative program in a long-term setting, such as patients with Arthritic diseases, Parkinson’s, stroke, and other conditions that require rehabilitative measures.
Participants must have a valid license as NA, VN or RN to sign up for the program.
